Shipping Policy 1. General Information - ASHOK EXPORT (“we”, “our”, “us”) ships women’s clothing worldwide, with a primary focus on customers in the United States. - All orders are processed and shipped from our facilities after successful payment confirmation. 2. Processing Time - Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays in India). - During peak seasons, sales, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any significant delay, we will notify you by email. 3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time - We partner with trusted international and domestic courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. - Estimated delivery time after dispatch: - USA: 7–14 business days - Rest of the world: 10–20 business days (may vary by country and local customs) - Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control (customs delays, local courier delays, weather, etc.). 4. Shipping Charges - Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and shipping method (if multiple options are available). - Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. 5. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items - We take great care in packing and shipping your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. - After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy. 10. Order Changes & Cancellations - Order changes or cancellations are only possible before the order has been processed or shipped. - If you need to update your address or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
