Return & Refund Policy Last Updated: April 01, 2026 Thank you for shopping with ASHOK EXPORT GLOBAL. Because we operate as a Print-on-Demand business, each item is made especially for you. For this reason, we are only able to accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases: 1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements - Damaged items: The product arrives damaged or defective. - Misprinted items: The product design or print is incorrect compared to what was ordered. You must contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement. 2. Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases: - Change of mind, size, color, or style preference. - Incorrect address or delivery issues caused by the customer. - Normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, care, or handling. 3. How to Request a Return or Replacement If you receive a damaged or misprinted item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at ashokexport669@gmail.com with the following information: - Your order number - A description of the issue - Clear photos showing the damage or misprint Once we review your request, we will let you know if it is approved for a return, replacement, or refund. In some cases, we may offer a replacement without requiring you to return the original item. 4. Processing Time If your return or replacement is approved: - Replacements: We will begin processing your new item as soon as possible and will send you an update with tracking details once it ships. - Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. 5. Shipping Costs - For approved damaged or misprinted items: We will cover the cost of the replacement item. If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6.
